Wich Character to Advance?
So I have made a couple of Characters but I don't know which ones to finish all the campaigns and stuff. I have an Assassin, Monk, and Mesmer and want to do DoA. What is the best to do, they are all in meta but which one will be "wanted" the most by other groups for DoA? I have been playing my Monk and it has been fun...so I'm kinda leaning the most to that. What are your thoughts?
Thanks |

If you're interested in DoA look at the speedclear builds and see what professions are needed. For general purpose play, play the monk because you find it more fun than the other professions (it's a game remember).

Lucky that you've made those professions since they'll be the most useful to you! If you're thinking of getting serious about DoA, the metagame there uses 4 mesmers in any party, and 2 sins (and 1-2 monks depending on build) so all are good but the Mesmer role is probably more fun Bear in mind you'll need to have high SS/LB and EOTN ranks on whichever you choose. There has been a big influx of mesmers to DoA because of the meta, and if they meta changes mesmers may fall out of favour, but GOOD tanks are always in demand, so consider the sin too.

Assassin will be the easiest to H/H with, and is a part of every SC group.

Considering the profession you said i'd take mesmer. Powerful both in nm and hm, can join to different sc(and doasc in particular) and it's fun to play. However it could be a good idea complete at least eye with your sin, so u can do dungeons's sc like soosc, kathsc or bogrootsc(first that comes to mind) and at the same time unlock useful pve-only skills.

Got all of those myself. I would say Monk is going to be your primary.
